LIST OF PROBLEMS TO THE MODEM: THE MODEM DOES NOT RESPOND: Check that the modem is correctly powered and therefore that the LED lights are on .... if this is not the case and the fault persists, replace the cable that goes from the PC to the modem itself. If the problem should not be solved in this case either, try the modem on another pc and check.

If the defect remains our modem is faulty and must necessarily be replaced, otherwise the problem could be found in the port of communication of the pc ..... in this case it will be sufficient to attach the modem on the other port and reconfigure it within the system.

Before reconfiguring the modem it is recommended to remove the old driver so that as few problems as possible are created.

To do this it is sufficient to enter the properties panel of the modem and first select REMOVE then, once the old driver is removed, select ADD and follow the instructions on the screen .... it is recommended to do the self-recognition of the modem as the installation will be faster.
